Can I cancel my account?

Your account can be cancelled at anytime from the account dashboard.

How do I install the app?

Once you've registered for an account, you'll be shown an onboarding page. Click the button to authorize Crimson Aegis to connect to your Slack.

Do you store messages from my Slack?

None of the contents of any of your messages and files are saved. Only metadata like who sent a message, where it was posted, the message time, etc. are stored.

Are all of my public channels monitored?

Yes. Crimson Aegis automatically joins any existing and new public channels.

How can I monitor private channels?

Unfortunately due to Slack limitations, the bot must be invited manually to each private channel you want monitored.
